Thank you for 135 years with The Queen's Fund

People are at the heart of the work of The Queen's Fund. For over 135 years, our mission has been to provide emergency financial relief to single women and single mothers living in crisis across Victoria. We have done so through the work of a community of volunteers, donors and community partners and it was wonderful to be able to gather with so many members of this community to celebrate our 135th anniversary recently in Melbourne.

We sincerely thank our many donors and trusts, our volunteer Board and Committee members, our pro-bono partners, commercial partners, welfare and referral agencies (past and present), and the countless number of referral agencies that we have worked with over the years. Each of you has contributed your time, money and energy to our cause and we cannot thank you enough for making the story of The Queen's Fund what it is, and for ensuring that we continue our work into the future.

Without each and every one of you, we would not have been given the opportunity to provide emergency relief to 1,603 women and 1,897 children this year, and in 2023 it looks like greater demand will be placed on our services yet again.

While the faces may have changed across the years, our mission as ever, remains the same - to help the women and children of Victoria in need and empower them to seek a brighter future. 

We hope you will continue to support us next year to help spread the message of hope and inclusion so that we can continue to empower single Victorian women and children, and lift them in their times of need. Thank you for supporting us in 2022.
