WHO WE
WORK WITH

Last year, we received 2,721 applications from 240 national and state agencies. 81.6% from the Melbourne Metropolitan area and 18.4% from Rural and Regional Victoria.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

We work closely with social workers, who are in the best position to determine the needs of their clients and to continue to support them after emergency relief has been provided by The Queen’s Fund. Our grants are a targeted and valuable tool for welfare agencies, particularly because we can react quickly to urgent requests, even approving critical grants within 48 hours.

Deakin University Student Association (DUSA)

“Thank you so much once again! The Queen’s Fund is such a fantastic opportunity to assist clients in a way that enables them to get through tough times with grants for many of the expenses that are often overlooked or not available through other agencies.”

Uniting

“This funding assisted with the set up of a new home after fleeing from Domestic and Family Violence. It allowed my client to have choice and control over what was purchased - this was very empowering.”

Melbourne
City Mission

“Her safety is ensured by your support.” The client had arrears totalling over $1000 and had received a termination notice. She needed to be able to provide a payment plan to avoid eviction.”
