Thank you for supporting us in 2025/2026

On behalf of the Board and Executive Committee, we would like to thank you for your support of The Queen's Fund during our 2025/2026 financial year.

Over the past year, The Queen's Fund has seen a 44% increase in the number of applications received. Thanks to the support from our donors, The Queen's Fund was able to meet that demand. In the 2025/2026 financial year, we assisted 3.460 Victorian women and 4,178 children in need with a total of $1,407,039 in grants provided.

Unfortunately, the need for The Queen's Fund's support predominantly arose from family violence (1,347 women helped), homelessness (800 women helped) and mental health (424 women helped). Our funding provided assistance to women with their rent, utilities, medical and dental costs, vehicle costs, household goods and basic necessities such as food.

Of course, our assistance to women in crisis is only possible with the continued support of our loyal donors. The difference your support makes is encapsulated in this message from one of The Queen's Fund's referring agencies:

"The Queen's Fund performs an extremely important function in the service of single women and their children in contemporary Victoria. It addresses needs in ways in which other funds cannot. Moreover, it also reflects shiningly on those who donate to the Fund, be they individuals or philanthropic organisations or indeed others. Thank you ever so much."
